New law changes went into effect January 1, 2005 in the State Of Texas
regarding
Access Control, Gate Entry, or other Entry Control Systems
AND
The companies licensing
requirements. They must at least have a
current Class "D"
or higher
Electronic Access Control License, all employees fall under the
same rules as
Electronic Access Control System Companies and must be licensed.
